Riepiloga due demo pubblicati su cassetta nel 1993 e nel 1997.
Aborym
Uno dei gruppi storici del metal italiano, gli Aborym nascono nel 1992 e dopo alcuni demo pubblicano il primo album ufficiale nel 1999, KALI YUGA BIZARRE. La formazione base comprende Fabban, Nisrok Slaitlaintha Sathanas, Herr Kremator Sethlans e The Venerable Yorga già con The Legend Of The Sleeping River. Ospite nel primo disco è il cantante ungherese Attila Csihar, conosciuto anche come Void e che successivamente collaborerà in maniera più integrata con gli Aborym, entrando anche nella fase compositiva, principalmente appannaggio di Fabban. Il complesso, di stanza a Roma ma di origini pugliesi, consolida la sua fama con album apprezzati come FIRE WALK WITH US e WITH NO HUMAN INTERVENTION. Dopo l’interlocutorio GENERATOR e il più sperimentale PSYCHOGROTESQUE arriva un deciso cambio stilistico con DIRTY, di cui esce anche una compilazione di remix e soprattuto con SHIFTING.NEGATIVE, molto criticato da addetti ai lavori e pubblico. In formazione è rimasto il solo Fabban, coadiuvato dal celebre batterista Faust e da Paolo Pieri. Dopo alcune pubblicazioni esclusivamente in digitale e il singolo The Night He Came In, gli Aborym pubblicano HOSTILE nel febbraio del 2021 in cui il complesso conferma la nuova cifra stilistica. Nel 2024 esce in sole cento copie, una musicassetta che ripropone due vecchi nastri demo del 1993 e 1997. (MN)
